ezacae endeavours to keep the Site accessible 24/7, subject to maintenance operations, updates or events of force majeure. ezacae shall not be held liable in the event of Site unavailability.

6.1. General principles

We only collect data strictly necessary to process your requests (for example via a contact form).

Legal basis: legitimate interest (responding to your enquiries) and/or pre-contractual measures (exchanges prior to entering into a contract).

Purposes: responding to your messages, arranging a meeting, contacting you, managing your requests.

Retention periods: for as long as necessary to process the request and, where applicable, for commercial follow-up within reasonable limits and/or to meet legal obligations.

Recipients: authorised ezacae staff and, where applicable, our processors operating on our behalf within the European Union or in countries offering an adequate level of protection.

Your rights: you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability. To exercise your rights, write to contact@ezacae.com, enclosing any document enabling us to identify you. If you feel your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

6.2. Appointment booking (TidyCal)

To book a meeting, we use the TidyCal service. When you book a slot, the following data may be processed: name, surname, email, time zone, appointment-related information (availability, notes).

Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (initial contact/exchanges prior to a contract).

Processor: TidyCal (non-EU provider; any data transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses). Documentation: TidyCal Privacy Policy - TidyCal DPA.

Retention periods: for as long as necessary for scheduling and, where applicable, up to 12 months for commercial follow-up.

6.3. Sub-processors (extract)

TidyCal - Appointment booking management (slot reservations, confirmation emails). Role: processor. Data processed: identity, contact details, appointment preferences. 7. Cookies and trackers

No cookies or trackers requiring consent are placed on ezacae.com. Only strictly necessary technical cookies may be used, with no advertising or audience measurement purpose.

To maintain this "cookie-free" policy on our domain, appointment booking is handled via a link that redirects to TidyCal in a new tab. Any cookies used by TidyCal are specific to that service and are not placed on ezacae.com.

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the Site and your data (access controls, software updates, backups, encryption in transit, etc.). As no online service offers absolute security, we encourage you to adopt good practices (strong passwords, up-to-date equipment, etc.).
