Backend & business rules
Full data modelling (users, coaches, candidates, programmes, workshops, follow-ups). Secure APIs, automatic assignment workflows, drop-off alerts, reporting for HR managers and key-account leadership.
Usage-centred interfaces
An administrator runs the business through dashboards. A coach quickly accesses "their" candidates and their upcoming appointments. A key-account client finds the key metrics without having to call. Filterable lists, views by programme, complete candidate records.
Email automation
Automatic invitations and reminders for workshops. Notifications to coaches when important events occur. Client- or programme-specific communications - with no manual intervention.
