Ahead of a key group event, Giphar wanted a mobile application in pharmacists' hands. The challenge: deliver fast, under real conditions, without compromising on quality or security. A controlled scope, Giphar SSO for authentication, and a deliverable ready for industrialisation. On the ezacae side: a tight, expert team in FlutterFlow, Xano and Firebase, to frame the project, drive the MVP, and upskill the Digital Factory team along the way.

Day 1 - Scoping
User flows, MVP prioritisation and scope lock-down with all stakeholders.

Xano models and API, FlutterFlow screens and logic, SSO integration (roles, access), Firebase notifications. Regular checkpoints throughout.

End of sprint - Delivery
Demo to stakeholders and preparation of the submission file: assets, privacy policy, store configuration.

The MVP covers authentication and all the expected features. After delivery, the team ran several iterations to complete the planned functionality. The application was deployed during the forum and immediately adopted by the teams.

What this format taught us.
Preparing upfront prevents delays on the store side. UI/UX work done before the sprint makes interface decisions faster and screens more polished from the first pass. The 4-day format works very well, provided the scope, priorities and prerequisites are properly defined upfront. Our key role: build the MVP (Xano, FlutterFlow, Firebase, SSO) and secure store publishing. That's what led us to launch the Squad offer.
